English Premier League giants Manchester United are set to appoint former Everton defender Phil Neville as their new first team coach, according to the BBC.
The 36-year-old, who also played for the Red Devils between 1995 and 2005, before making a switch to Goodison Park, will join forces with ex-Everton boss David Moyes, along with coaches Steve Round, Chris Woods and Jimmy Lumsden.
The Red Devils appointed former Toffees boss Moyes as their new manager this summer. He succeeds veteran Scotsman Sir Alex Ferguson, who was Manchester United manager for a whopping 26 years.
Moyes, on his first day in charge at Old Trafford, wasted no time in reshuffling the Manchester United backroom staff. He appointed his former assistant Round as his right-hand man at the club.

Lumsden succeeded former Red Devils first team coach Rene Meulensteen, who joined Guus Hiddink at Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala.
Neville, who recently worked as a coach with the England Under-21 team, announced his retirement from playing at the end of last season.
He won six Premier League titles, three FA Cups and a Champions League crown with Manchester United during his playing days.
