Everton have completed the signing of Arouna Kone from Wigan Athletic on a three-year deal.
Kone played under new Everton boss Roberto Martinez at the Latics last season and, although he could not help the club avoid sliding out of the Premier League and into the Championship, did manage a haul of 13 goals.
The 29-year-old also helped Wigan record a memorable FA Cup triumph, beating Manchester City 1-0 in the final at Wembley.
Now the former Sevilla hitman links up with Martinez once again and is set to join his new team-mates for pre-season training later this month.
