Zlatan Ibrahimovic has collected his eighth Guldbollen, awarded to Sweden's best player over the course of a year.

The 32-year-old striker claimed the accolade in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and can now add 2013 to the list.

And Ibrahimovic, who led Paris Saint-Germain to the French Ligue 1 title in 2012/13, has told his critics not to expect any let-up in his award gathering just yet.

"There may be some who are tired of me coming up to receive this prize", he said via TV4.

"But I have some more to take home, so we'll see you next year."

Ibrahimovic has represented Sweden 94 times at senior international level, finding the back of the net on 46 occasions.

Sweden will be hoping the 32-year-old can be at his best over the coming ten days, with a 2014 World Cup qualification playoff against a Cristiano Ronaldo-led Portugal on the agenda.
