Juventus have stepped up talks with Andrea Pirlo over a new contract as fears of losing the Italy international midfielder intensify.
Pirlo is out of contract with the Bianconeri at the end of this season and both parties have had trouble coming to an agreement to extend his deal.
This has alerted a number of clubs, not least Tottenham Hotspur, who former Chelsea manager Gianluca Vialli claimed are extremely keen to snap up the pass-master.
But according to Italian daily La Stampa, Juventus are redoubling their efforts to persuade Pirlo to sign on the dotted line.
