Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi is preparing to offer coach Laurent Blanc a new contract.
PSG had moved for a number of coaches in the summer before appointing Blanc, and there was uncertainly at the Parc des Princes over whether the former France boss was the right man for the job.
But Blanc has won over Al-Khelaifi, who is ready to offer him a new contract which could potentially keep him at the club until 2016.
According to Le Parisien, the new deal would run until 2015, but contain the option for a further year if PSG were to win the Ligue 1 title in that year.
