David Moyes has admitted that Manchester United have "a big catch up" on their hands after going down to a 1-0 defeat at home against Everton.
Manchester United found an Everton side more than willing to go toe-to-toe with them at Old Trafford and the visitors created their fair share of chances, with a goal in the 86th minute from Bryan Oviedo just reward for their hard work.
Moyes, whose side are now 12 points behind league leaders Arsenal and eight off Jose Mourinho's Chelsea, feels his men needed a little luck.
And he has admitted that they now have some serious ground to make up when it comes to the Premier League title race.

"I'm very disappointed. We needed a bit of good fortune and we didn't get it. Everton kept at it and showed us what a good team they are", Moyes was quoted as saying by the BBC.
"We didn't defend the goal well enough so it was our own doing. We had some chances as well, as did Everton.
"They have been playing well and that's why they are up near the top of the league.
"It wasn't about me tonight, I was fortunate to manage Everton and I'm fortunate to be managing Manchester United. It's a big catch up for us now."
Next up for Manchester United is a visit from Newcastle United on Saturday.
