Newcastle instantly fined Pardew £100,000, while the FA has now made its verdict known.

Along with the seven-match ban, Pardew has also been fined £60,000 and warned over his future conduct.

The first three matches of the punishment take the form of a stadium ban, while the remaining four will see Pardew banned from the touchline.

Pardew has confirmed he will not contest the ban.

The incident overshadowed a fine 4-1 win over Hull for Newcastle.
