Brondby coach Thomas Frank has not taken training at the Danish giants yet this week, with the tactician instead spending time at Chelsea.
The 40-year-old, who was appointed Brondby manager last summer, is keen to learn from the very best as he seeks to put the club back at the top of the Danish game.
And that sent Frank to Stamford Bridge to study how Jose Mourinho’s men set up.
Frank, who took colleagues Per Rud and Jan Hoffmann with him, told MX: “We were just over for extra inspiration from a top five UK club, for what we are trying to build.
“It could just as well have been Arsenal or [Manchester] United, but now it was Chelsea.
“It just had to be [a club] from the top shelf.”
Frank and his team took in first team and Under-18 training at Chelsea, then holding discussions with the English club’s coaching staff.
