Wayne Rooney has lavished praise on Liverpool striker Luis Suarez, explaining he feels the Uruguayan is alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi as one of the world's best players.
Rooney's Manchester United will be bidding to keep Suarez quiet on Sunday when Liverpool visit Old Trafford in what is a vital Premier League clash for both sides.

Suarez has been in sensational form this season, scoring 24 goals in the Premier League for Liverpool so far and topping the scoring charts.
And Rooney cannot help but be impressed, with the Uruguayan's strike colleague Daniel Sturridge too, telling his club's official site: "Suarez, for me, is up there with Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo as one of the best players in the world.

"He has been that good and the two of them together have been in great form this season.
"We will have to do everything we can to stop them on Sunday."
Manchester United still hold hope of climbing up from their current position of sixth to finish in the Premier League top four this season. There is surely no room for slip-ups from the Red Devils when Liverpool come to town.
