Manchester United talisman Wayne Rooney has admitted that Liverpool have given him one of the worst days he has ever had today, as Brendan Rodgers' men ran out comprehensive 3-0 winners at Old Trafford.

Liverpool dominated the contest against their fierce rivals, with the Reds attacking throughout and winning three penalties, converting two, with the third goal coming from Luis Suarez six minutes from time.
