Manchester United have recalled starlet Charni Ekangamene from a loan spell at League One club Carlisle United.
The 20-year-old had been due to spend the rest of the season with the Brunton Park outfit, but following four appearances for Carlisle, has seen himself brought back to Old Trafford.

Ekangamene, who operates as a midfielder, joined Manchester United in 2010 from Belgian outfit Antwerp.
The departure of Ekangamene is well understood by Carlisle boss Graham Kavanagh, who believes the Manchester United starlet needs to be playing regularly.

"We saw some good stuff from him but it became a complicated situation with the fact he needed to be playing for the development squad down there", he told his club's official site.
"Warren Joyce and Man United have been superb for us with all of their players so this is one we completely understand. Like I say, he's a good player and I'm sure he'll do well."
