Holland legend Ruud Gullit has backed German club Bayern Munich to win their second consecutive Champions League this year.
The 51-year-old wa part of the Italian side AC Milan that won the European tournament twice in 1989 and 1990, and believes that Pep Guardiola’s men have the potential to repeat the feat.

"Bayern have the same hunger [we had], I can see this year that they are still very eager to win every game”, Gullit was quoted as saying by UEFA’s official website.
“Of course it's becoming more difficult, but the hunger is there so you can compare the teams in that regard."

The Bundesliga outfit won the treble last season after they lifted the German Cup, the German title and the Champions League and will be looking to pull off a repeat this season.
They have already won the league with seven games to spare, and will play a struggling Manchester United in the quarter-finals of the Champions League next month, besides also featuring in the semi-final of the German Cup against Kaiserslautern on 16th April.
