Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is not dwelling on his side's 4-0 demolition job on Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield today, instantly moving his thoughts on to the club's next game.

The Reds started quickly against Tottenham and were 2-0 up by half-time, then adding another two in the second half to run out comprehensive 4-0 winners against Tim Sherwood's men, never really being troubled throughout the course of the match.

The win put Liverpool top of the Premier League table with 71 points from 32 games, two ahead of second-placed Chelsea and four in front of third-placed Manchester City; the Citizens do have two matches in hand on the two teams above them however.

But Rodgers is not thinking of the title. Instead the Liverpool manager intends to soak in West Ham's game against Sunderland tomorrow night, with the Reds next in action against the Hammers at Upton Park next weekend.

"My job with the staff is to analyse West Ham against Sunderland tomorrow and we'll prepare for that", Rodgers told Sky Sports following the win over Spurs.

"For us it's about concentrating now, getting to work next week and we've got a tough game against West Ham next week."

The Hammers take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light tomorrow, looking to claw themselves further away from the Premier League drop zone.
