Inter Milan boss Walter Mazzarri has urged his team to forget about the loss against AC Milan last weekend and try to get back to winning ways against Lazio on Saturday.

The Nerazzurri had to endure a heartbreaking 1-0 loss against their bitter city rivals, as a goal from midfielder Nigel de Jong was enough to seal victory for Clarence Seedorf and his men.

The 52-year-old manager believes that his team got it all "wrong" against AC Milan, but adds that they have worked hard to put things back on track.

The match against Lazio at the weekend will be followed by a clash against Chievo next week before the season finally comes to an end.

"We got things wrong against AC Milan, it hurt the lads and me, as I'm the man in charge of it all", Mazzarri told his club's official site.

"Now we want to bounce back and show the derby was just a bump in the road.

"My first aim is to best motivate the team to play a great match against Lazio.

"We'll then see where we are come the end of the season."

Mazzarri's team are currently placed fifth in the league and are on course to secure a Europa League berth for next season.
