Bayern Munich’s Franck Ribery has declared himself fit for the German Cup final this Saturday although he might not play the full 90 minutes.

Bayern Munich have the opportunity to do a league and cup double when they meet Borussia Dortmund in the German Cup final at the Olympiastadion, Berlin.

Ribery has been plagued with a back problem since the start of this month and was doubtful for the clash against BVB.

The Frenchman has declared himself fit for the clash this Saturday but with a caveat that he might not be in shape to last the 90 minutes.

"I feel good, but it will be difficult to play for 90 minutes," the 31-year-old told the club’s official site.

Ribery has been a crucial part of the Bavarians league winning squad this season and has clocked up 22 league appearances for the club, scoring ten goals and providing 12 assists.

Bayern Munich also won the German Cup last season when they beat Stuttgart 3-2 in the final. They have won the competition 16 times, the most by any team in Germany.
