New Leeds United signing Edgar Cani admits that he had a number of offers, but had no hesitation in choosing to head to Elland Road.
The Whites snapped up Cani on loan for the remainder of the season in the recently concluded winter transfer window. He wasted little time in making his debut, being drafted on for five minutes at the end of last weekend's home defeat to Brentford.
Cani did not play in Leeds' midweek 2-0 win over Reading, but again took a spot on the bench.
Bari were keen on snapping him up, while there was also talk of interest from Latina Calcio. And the striker admits he was a wanted man.
"There were more than a few voices [making offers], but as soon as the opportunity arose to play in England, I did not think about them for a moment", he explained to Tutto Mercato.

An Albania international, Cani admits he did not play as much as he wanted to at Catania, although he feels when he was called upon he showed what he could do.
"I was not playing much, although when I did play I proved my qualities", the striker explained.
"In the end, I wanted to make this choice to play for Leeds."
Cani will be pushing to be involved this coming weekend when Leeds lock horns with Millwall in what promises to be a crunch game for both sides, who still have genuine relegation worries.
