Neil Redfearn was left happy yet again with Steve Morison's performance for Leeds United in today's 1-0 win over Millwall, even though the striker's goal drought continued.
Morison has been a central figure in the Whites' recent turnaround under Redfearn, which has seen four of their last five games won and a move up to 12th in the Championship table achieved.
Today Morison missed a good one-on-one chance with the Millwall goalkeeper, leaving team-mate Alex Mowatt to provide all three points for Leeds through a well-struck free-kick.
Post-match Redfearn was left delighted at Morison and feels all the striker needs is a little luck in front of goal.
"What he needs is one to go [in] off his backside. He needs one of them, a scruffy one", Redfearn explained to LUTV.

The head coach also stressed that Morison is a rare breed and brings much to the Leeds side, with qualities that are not easy to find elsewhere.
"But he's a big plus for us and there aren't many big target men out there", he said.
"He leads the line well, he's mobile, gets hold of the ball and brings people into the game.
"He has a good touch for a big man and good awareness of people running off him. I thought he was excellent today."
Morison is keeping a number of new Leeds signings out of the team, with Mirco Antenucci and Souleymane Doukara, both summer arrivals, and Edgar Cani, a winter signing, firmly behind him in the pecking order.
The former Millwall striker will aim to grab a goal next weekend when Leeds lock horns with high-flying Middlesbrough.
