Leeds United assistant boss Steve Thompson claims confidence is high in the dressing room at Elland Road after a period of four wins in their last five games.
As a result of the run Leeds have jumped up to 12th spot in the Championship table and are now beginning to dream of a tilt at the playoff places rather than simply steering clear of relegation.
And Thompson admits that spirits are high amongst the players, even though he knows they must continue their form to ensure they do not slip back down the league table, further emphasising the need to kill teams off after only beating Millwall 1-0 at the weekend and as a result of scoring just one goal enduring nervy moments late on.
"It's [the team spirit] good. With good wins the confidence is high in there. We're under no illusions. We've on a good run, but we won't change", he told LUTV.
"We've got to make sure we don't slip back down there. We've got to be looking forward.

"We're playing quite well at the moment and creating chances, but we've got to make sure we're killing teams off.
"But there's a good atmosphere around the place and a good work ethic.
"We're gradually getting them gelling together and hopefully it's the start for us", the Leeds number two added.
Three of Leeds' four wins have come by just a one goal margin. Next up for the Whites is a trip to the Riverside Stadium to take on high flying Middlesbrough on Saturday.
