Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says midfielder Jack Wilshere could be in the club's matchday squad for their weekend clash with Alan Pardew's Crystal Palace.
Wilshere has been out injured since late last year when he damaged his ankle in a Premier League contest with Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium.
He is ahead of schedule on his return however and Wenger says the midfielder could be involved at Selhurst Park against Pardew's men, with a spot on the bench appearing possible for the England international.
The Arsenal boss also addressed the fitness of Hector Bellerin, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Aaron Ramsey, with the latter judged to be ten days away from returning to the fold at the Emirates Stadium.
"Hector Bellerin will have a test today", Wenger told a press conference, when asked about the fitness of his injured players.

"Aaron Ramsey is ten days away."
And specifically on Wilshere, Wenger was unwilling to say whether he would start the midfielder.
"I cannot tell you whether Jack Wilshere will start. I've not picked the team definitely. It's difficult to come back immediately."
Wenger's men will be aiming to collect a vital three Premier League points against Crystal Palace at the weekend as they continue their bid to finish in the top four Champions League qualifying places this season.
