Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge feels that with Pep Guardiola at the helm of the Bavarian giants they have a major ace up their sleeve.

Guardiola took the reins of Bayern Munich at the start of the 2013/14 season after guiding Barcelona to a hatful of trophies in his four-year spell in Catalonia.

In his inaugural season in Bavaria, the Catalan guided Bayern Munich to the domestic double and having taken a commanding ten-point lead in the Bundesliga with just six rounds of matches to go, his side remain strong favourites to win their third successive league title.

Guardiola is busy preparing his side for a trip to the Estadio do Dragao for the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie against FC Porto tomorrow.

And Rummenigge feels that with the Catalan at the helm of the Bavarians, they have a major advantage, saying that Guardiola’s plans are yet to be mastered by his rival managers.
