Francis Coquelin is wary of the challenge that Reading will present his Arsenal side in their FA Cup semi-final clash this weekend, with a Championship game he played against the Royals still fresh in his mind.
Arsenal loaned Coquelin out to Championship outfit Charlton Athletic earlier this season and he played against Reading on 8th November.
Coquelin was brought on as a 64th minute substitute, replacing team-mate Igor Vetokele, who scored the only goal in the game in the 39th minute.
The Frenchman feels his side did not deserve to beat Reading on the day and has taken the Royals' performance as a warning ahead of the FA Cup meeting.
Coquelin told his club's site: "I remember a tough game [against them for Charlton]. We won 1-0, but to be honest I don’t think we really deserved it.

"They put a lot of pressure on us, they have [Pavel] Pogrebnyak up front who is a big threat, and on the wings they have great players as well. We know it will be a tough game, it is a semi-final and the league you play in doesn’t matter.
"Whether you are in the Championship or the Premier League, in a game like this the team who puts the most pressure on and creates the most chances will win. If everyone is focused, we know we can get a good result."
Arsenal head into the semi-final in superb form, having won their last eight games to rise to second in the Premier League table and present a credible threat to runaway leaders Chelsea.
The FA Cup however remains their most realistic chance of silverware.
