La Liga outfit Real Sociedad have terminated the contract of former Manchester United and Everton boss David Moyes.
The Basque club have acted following a string of poor results under the Scotsman, opting to show him the door along with his assistant Billy McKinlay.
Real Sociedad lost 2-0 away at Canary Island side Las Palmas on Friday night, a result which left them with just nine points from eleven games.
Moyes took over at Real Sociedad in November last year and led the club to a finish of 12th by the end of the campaign.
The Basque side have lost four of their last five games in La Liga, something which caused the club's board to act.
