Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed their starting eleven and substitutes for this afternoon's visit from West Ham United to White Hart Lane in the Premier League.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino trusts in Harry Kane up front, though Heung-Min Son is included, along with Christian Eriksen and Moussa Dembele, to give the Englishman support.
