Arsenal defender Nacho Monreal has highlighted that it is essential to have a good dressing room atmosphere within the club to win trophies.

After a nine-year barren spell Arsene Wenger’s side won consecutive FA Cups in 2014 and 2015.

The Gunners are challenging on three fronts currently – the Premier League, the Champions League and the FA Cup.

Monreal extended his contract with the north London outfit last month and the 29-year-old has been a mainstay in Wenger’s side this season.

The Spanish international has made 31 appearances for the Gunners this season and has provided three assists in all competitions.
