Celtic midfielder Stuart Armstrong has been impressed by the high standards shown by Manchester City loanee Patrick Roberts in training.
The winger was snapped up by the Scottish champions on an 18-month loan deal from the Premier League side in the winter transfer window.
While the 19-year-old is yet to make his first team debut for Ronny Deila's side, he has shown what he can do in development games, scoring and impressing as the Celtic manager watched on. And Armstrong has heard only good things about the Englishman.
"He is very talented and you can see that in training", Armstrong said at a press conference held this afternoon.
"I have not seen the development games [he played in], but I heard good things."

Armstrong, who is also relatively new at Celtic Park, having joined the Bhoys in January last year following his progress through the ranks at Dundee United, expressed his view about the talent that is on display at Celtic at present, insisting that the strength and depth at the club is impressive.
"There are a lot of good players here and people fighting to get into the starting eleven. There is very good strength in depth", Armstrong added.
