Celtic assistant manager John Collins believes that it is not possible to keep every player at the club happy and it will be important for those who are not playing to stay focused and positive.
The Bhoys have a relatively fit squad on offer at present with only Jozo Simunovic and Saidy Janko currently not being available due to injury.
And that has created problems for manager Ronny Deila, who has been handed the task of selecting the playing eleven.
According to Collins, this is a good problem to have as all the players are always working hard on the training ground in order to prove that they are capable enough of warranting a place in the playing eleven.
“It’s better having too many good players than not enough”, Collins told his club's official website.

“But we’ve certainly got everyone near enough fit – we’ve got two players out at the moment – so there’s lots of competition for places and we’re seeing the benefit on the training pitch.
“Everyone’s flying about, desperate to prove themselves and get in the team. And that’s a good problem for us to have."
Collins also took time to stress the fact that it is not possible to keep all the players in the squad happy, a problem that is similar with all the clubs around the world and the players also have to understand that.
“You can’t keep everyone completely happy – you’ve got the 11 starters who are very happy, you’ve got the substitutes who might be a little bit unhappy, and then you’ve got ones who’re sitting in the stands who aren’t happy, and that’s the same the world over, at every club in the world.
“The most important thing is the players realise that to get into the team they have to train well and keep focused and stay positive.”
