Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has not told the players that Italy head coach Antonio Conte will be their next manager, it has been claimed.
The Blues, who are currently playing under interim manager Guus Hiddink after the club parted ways with Jose Mourinho in December, have been heavily linked with appointing Conte as their new manager for next season.
It has also been reported in some corners that Abramovich has already told the Chelsea players that Conte will be taking charge of the club after the end of the current campaign.
But according to Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws, the Chelsea owner has not said anything of that sort to the players.
Chelsea, who beat Norwich City 2-1 on Tuesday night, courtesy of goals from Kenedy and Diego Costa, currently find themselves 10th in the Premier League table with 39 points from 28 games.
