Leeds United boss Steve Evans is expecting both Chris Wood and Lewie Coyle to be available for selection against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
After a difficult run of form, which included a 4-0 pasting at Brighton last week, Leeds have picked up some momentum with back-to-back victories over Bolton and Cardiff City.
The Whites have suffered due to the absence of Wood over the last few months because of injury, but the New Zealand striker has been slowly building towards his eventual return to the team.
And Evans has indicated that the 24-year-old forward is expected to be in the squad for Leeds’ trip to Ewood Park this Saturday afternoon to take on Blackburn.
The Leeds boss also added that Coyle, who picked up an injury against Bolton last Saturday, will also be back in training tomorrow.

When asked whether he expects both Wood and Coyle to be fit for Saturday, the Scot said on BBC Radio Leeds following last night's 2-0 win at Cardiff: “Yes, I do.
“I am expecting all of them to train on Thursday.
“I am expecting Chris to be nearly fit for Ewood Park and I am expecting Lewie Coyle to be available for selection.”
Leeds have moved up to 15th in the league table with their recent wins, and will be hoping to carry the momentum forward against Blackburn on Saturday.
