Noel Whelan has told the Leeds United players they have no need to fear Saturday's trip to the Den to take on Millwall.
Leeds are top of the Championship table after seven games played and have an unbeaten record, but trips to the Den have often not been a source of happiness for the Whites.
They have lost on each of their last three trips to Millwall, with their last victory at the Den coming as far back as 2012 with a 1-0 win courtesy of a goal from Ross McCormack, while the hosts missed a penalty.
Whelan thinks the current Leeds crop have nothing to fear from playing Millwall away from home though and sees no reason why they cannot handle increased physicality.
"You've got to embrace going to these sorts of places and that sort of an atmosphere", Whelan said on BBC Radio Leeds.

"Go out there and enjoy it. Trust yourselves and trust each other.
"We know the ability they've got. We know they've got heart now and grind it out.
"We can tough it out against people who might come and be a little more physical.
"At the end of the day sometimes football takes care of itself and if we go with heart and fight then we shouldn't be scared of going anywhere", the former Leeds man added.
Millwall have picked up just six points from their opening seven games this term to sit in 19th spot in the Championship, however they did thrash Norwich City 4-0 in their last game at the Den.
