Rangers skipper Lee Wallace believes that his side's overseas summer arrivals will see for themselves what the Old Firm is all about when they start preparing for the match next week.
Manager Pedro Caixinha has brought in a number of new players from various leagues to strengthen his squad. And for all of them it will be a first taste of the Old Firm derby, which will be held at Ibrox on 23rd September.
Wallace insists that the he as the captain of the team will have no extra role in acquainting his new team-mates with the mood as they will themselves be made aware of that when they start preparing for the game.
"The new guys can see what next week's game is all about for themselves", Wallace told his club's official website.
Celtic played French giants Paris Saint-Germain in a midweek Champions League clash, which the skipper insists shows where they currently are and therefore once the Gers get Partick Thistle out of the way, they will have to head straight in and start preparing for the big match.

"Obviously the fact Celtic were playing in a Champions League game this week against a top-class opponent shows where they are now", Wallace explained.
"So there'll be no need to say too much.
"Once we get Thistle out of the way the build-up will start and we all know the intensity that surrounds that game.
"The guys in the dressing room will be well-prepared for that match."
