Chelsea full-back Davide Zappacosta has emerged as a target for Napoli ahead of the January transfer window as the Azzurri look for a new right-back.
Zappacosta joined Chelsea last year, but failed to nail down a place in the Chelsea starting eleven under Antonio Conte and remained a fringe player at Stamford Bridge.
He was linked with a move to Inter in the summer but he decided to continue at Chelsea. However, life under new manager Maurizio Sarri has not improved for the Italian.
The defender has started Chelsea's two Europa League games but has remained a fringe squad player in the Premier League and has played just six minutes of league football.

And according to Italian broadcaster Rai Sport, he could get another chance to return to Italy in January as Napoli are expected to dip into their funds for a full-back in the winter window.
The Serie A giants are considering a number of players for the role, but Zappacosta features prominently on their shortlist of targets.
Ajax’s Nicolas Tagliafico and Spal’s Manuel Lazzari are also believed to be on their radar, along with the Chelsea defender.
Napoli have seemingly ruled out moving for Matteo Darmian because of Manchester United’s financial demands.
