Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has admitted that the Gunners are now getting used to life under Unai Emery and added that he remains hopeful about maintaining their winning run.

The Gunners extended their winning run across all competitions to 10 games with a 3-1 comeback win over Leicester City at the Emirates on Monday night in the Premier League.

Emery’s men overturned a single-goal deficit courtesy of a second half brace from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after Mesut Ozil had restored parity between the two sides towards the end of the first half.

The Foxes took the lead through an unlucky own goal from Bellerin in the 31st minute, but the full-back more than made up for it by registering assists for the hosts’ first two goals on the night.

Bellerin admitted that Arsenal are now more familiar with Emery and his tactics and insisted that he remains hopeful about the Gunners maintaining their winning run despite it being a herculean task.

“For us it’s always important to improve and keep things realistic”, Bellerin told the club’s official website.

“It’s a new season with a new manager and of course we’re almost in November already, so things are getting a bit easier in terms of tactically and we know the way that the coach wants to play.

“As you can see on the pitch we’re way more organised and the football flows a bit more, but as I’ve said, it’s only the start and there’s a lot of work we still need to do.

“Hopefully the results are going to keep coming.”

Arsenal will face Sporting Lisbon away from home in their Europa League Group E clash on Thursday.
