Arsenal manager Unai Emery has admitted that he is disappointed with the Gunners’ winning run coming to an end at Selhurst Park, but insisted they must continue to keep learning.

The north London giants were held to a 2-2 draw by Roy Hodgson’s men courtesy of Luka Milivojevic’s brace from the penalty spot despite goals from Granit Xhaka and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Arsenal’s 11 game winning streak across all competitions suffered a blow as they failed to secure maximum points at Selhurst Park on Sunday.

Emery admitted that he was disappointed with the winning run coming to an abrupt end before the game against Liverpool but insisted that his side must take it on the chin and learn from their experiences.

“I am a bit, but I think we are in our process, in our way and in a good position now for continuing our objective”, Emery told reporters in a press conference when asked if he is disappointed at the winning run ending.

“But we knew it is difficult away. I think the result was not bad, we can improve.

“We want to win, but it’s not easy because Palace are a good team and it’s not easy here.

“Our challenge is to continue to learn in every match.”
