Blackpool defender Marc Bola has insisted that he feels happy for some of his former Arsenal team-mates making the grade at the Emirates.
A product of the Arsenal academy, the 20-year-old old was released by the north London club in the summer and he joined League One club Blackpool to resurrect his career.
The left-back has been playing regular football for Blackpool, but he never made a senior appearance for Arsenal despite making the bench under Arsene Wenger.
Some of his team-mates, such as Alex Iwobi, have made the grade at Arsenal and has been playing in the first team, and Bola stressed that he has no hard feelings towards them.

He insisted that he has made with peace with the fact that his career path is different to what some of his former team-mates are experiencing at the moment and is genuinely pleased for them.
“No way — not even a little bit”, Bola told the Times when asked whether he feels bitter towards some of his former team-mates.
“Everyone has their own path.
"Seeing Alex, for example, just tells me that it is not impossible.
"His path is one way, mine is another. It doesn’t matter and I am happy for him.
“There are loads of players who are starting to creep up into the first team and I am just happy for them.
“I genuinely mean it.”
Bola is expected to be in the line-up when Blackpool visit the Emirates to take on Arsenal in the EFL Cup tonight.
