West Ham United loanee Sead Haksabanovic is set to cut short his loan stint at Malaga and leave for a new club in the January transfer window.

The 19-year-old Montenegrin joined the Hammers in the summer of 2017 and was loaned out to Spanish outfit Malaga at the start of the current season.

However, his time in Spain has not been fruitful and he has played just 54 minutes of league football this season across two appearances for Spanish outfit.

And his time at Malaga is set to end soon, as according to Spanish daily La Opinion De Malaga, West Ham and the Spanish club have come to an agreement to cut his loan stint short in January.

The east London club are not happy with the amount of game time Haksabanovic has played and Malaga have not been impressed with what they have seen from the winger.

He will not return to West Ham in January as at the moment Manuel Pellegrini does not have a place for him in the squad.

West Ham are looking to find a new club for Haksabanovic and the player has several offers on his table ahead of the winter window.

The winger is expected to take a decision that will see him join another club on loan next month.
