Mallik Wilks says he is delighted after signing a new contract at Leeds United and buzzing at extending his loan at Doncaster Rovers.

Wilks is currently on loan at Doncaster in League One, but has signed a new contract with Leeds that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2022.

The 20-year old will now remain on loan at Doncaster for the rest of the season as he looks to keep up his impressive form.

Wilks has mustered eight goals in 25 League One appearances for Doncaster so far this season as the side look to keep up with the teams in the playoff spots.

Wilks wrote on Twitter: “Absolutely delighted to have signed a new deal at Leeds United.

“Also buzzing to have extended my loan at Doncaster till the end of the season.”
