West Ham United are prepared to send Pedro Obiang on loan during the January transfer window, it has been claimed.

The 26-year-old midfielder has been a squad player at West Ham this season and has made only 13 Premier League appearances for the club during under Manuel Pellegrini.

The West Ham boss is keen to bring in reinforcements in the January transfer window and he is ready to offload players in order to create space on the wage bill.

And it has been claimed Obiang is one of the players the Hammers are ready to let go in the winter window.

According to Sky Italia, the east London club are ready to loan out the player this month and are prepared to listen to offers for Obiang.

The Hammers would prefer his suitors include an option to buy him at the end of the season as Obiang does not have a long-term future at the London Stadium.
