Apart from signing a number of youngsters, Leeds added Spain international Rodrigo and Germany defender Robin Koch to their first-team squad in the ongoing transfer window.

Leeds are expected to make further additions to their squad before the transfer window closes on 5th October, but they are in no rush.

Since the arrival of Rodrigo and Koch two weeks ago, the club have tried not to rush into doing any deals despite interest in a number of players.

The Yorkshire giants do not want to overpay for players and keen to make sure that they get the best value for their money.

Leeds have an interest in Udinese midfielder Rodrigo de Paul and are aware that the player is keen to move to Elland Road as well.

But the Whites do not want to pay the €40m the Serie A outfit are demanding for the Argentinian attacking midfielder.

Marcelo Bielsa has also softened his stance on one more centre-back and the club are said to be monitoring Manchester United’s Axel Tuanzebe.

Leeds expect to sign more players in the final three weeks of the window, but they are being cautious with their transfer kitty.
