20-year-old Connor Gallagher joined a long list of Chelsea players to move away from Stamford Bridge on loan after he sealed a temporary switch to West Brom on Thursday.

While the likes of Michy Batshuayi, Kenedy and Ethan Ampadu have left the Blues to put pen to contract on loan contracts elsewhere, more players are expected to follow suit.

One Chelsea youngster who could possibly go out on loan is 18-year-old attacking midfielder Anjorin.

Anjorin would ideally be a loan candidate for the Premier League giants, but the teenager would prefer to remain at the club unless he receives a very promising offer.

The midfielder rose through the ranks at Chelsea’s academy and went on to make his senior debut for the club last season, clocking minutes against Everton and Grimsby Town in the Premier League and EFL Cup, respectively.

While it remains to be seen if Anjorin will move out on loan, another youngster, Jake Clarke-Salter, is likely to seal his fifth temporary transfer in the transfer window.

The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at Birmingham City and could possibly return to the Championship for the 2020/21 season.

Goalkeeper Nathan Baxter is also expected to join the list of Chelsea loanees, with the Blues planning to send him out once they seal the signature of Edouard Mendy from Rennes.
