PSG are looking to move Draxler off the books at the Parc des Princes, with the German struggling to make an impact over the course of his stay in the French capital.

The Parisians are keen to let him go before the end of the window next month, but they are yet to receive a concrete offer from any club.

Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds have been credited with an interest, and according to French sports daily L’Equipe, Arsenal have also probed the possibility of taking him to England.

Mikel Arteta remains in the hunt for players who could add more creativity to his squad and Draxler is an option for the Gunners.

However, Draxler is firmly set against a departure from the French capital due to his love of living in Paris.

The winger is unconcerned by the potential prospect of little regular playing time at PSG and is intending to stay at the club until the end of his contract next summer.

He has a lucrative contract at PSG and wants to stay in Paris until it runs out, at which point he would be able to choose his next club as a free agent.

It remains to be seen if either Arsenal or Leeds try to change Draxler’s mind before the transfer window closes, or look at signing him on a free transfer next summer.
