Bakayoko’s dream move to AC Milan has stalled after the Serie A giants failed to agree on a deal with Chelsea to take him back to the San Siro.

Chelsea want to shift him off the books, but with deadline day looming his future remains unresolved.

PSG have emerged as favourites to land the midfielder at the moment and it has been claimed that they have managed to convince Chelsea to loan him out.

And according to French daily Le Parisien, Chelsea have told PSG that they want a loan fee of €3m before agreeing to let Bakayoko go.

The Blues have climbed down from their previous position of wanting an outright sale and are even ready to forego including an obligatory purchase option in the agreement.

But they want a significant loan fee and have told so to PSG in no uncertain terms.

PSG are confident of working out an agreement and have continued to hold talks with the Blues.
