The Italian champions want to offload the 29-year-old winger, but he remains on the books in Turin.

Super agent Jorge Mendes has been trying to find a club for him and has sounded out clubs such as Manchester United and Leeds United, who are in the market for wingers.

Leeds are though not interested in making a move for Costa, while there is as yet no sign of Manchester United launching a bid as they look at other options.

However, according to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Costa is not keen on a move to Molineux in the last days of the transfer window and wants to wait for more offers.

Mendes has offered the winger to Wolves and the Premier League outfit are prepared to make a move for him.

But the Brazilian needs convincing and for the moment, he is not interested in a move from Juventus to Wolves.

It remains to be seen whether Mendes can convince his client to consider the move or whether other options open up late in the window, with both Leeds and Manchester United still hunting wingers.
