Tottenham are keen on moving Sessegnon out on a temporary basis before the current transfer window closes in a bid to let the full-back gain first team experience.

Sessegnon has multiple suitors all across Europe as Celtic, Hertha Berlin, Brighton and Southampton have all registered their interest in the full-back, with the Scottish giants already making an approach to take him north of the border.

And according to Sky Deutschland, Hoffenheim have also entered the hunt to land the 20-year-old on a loan deal.

However, the Bundesliga outfit will have to fend off domestic rivals Hertha Berlin and Scottish champions Celtic if they want to snatch him away before the transfer window slams shut.

The Bhoys have found the finances of the deal to take Sessegnon to Celtic Park to be an issue, while all other interested parties are yet to make any solid progress.

Tottenham’s left-back position is well covered with Ben Davies and club new boy Sergio Reguilon available and Spurs are keen for Sessegnon to be playing on a regular basis.

Crucially, the north-London giants are determined that Sessegnon should move to a club that will deploy him only at left-back as Spurs view the young defender as their future in that position.
