Seventh-placed Everton will be looking to bounce back from their four-game winless run in the league when they visit Fulham following the international break.
The Cottagers, who themselves go into the game on the back of a defeat to West Ham, have matches against Leicester City, Manchester City and Liverpool after hosting Everton.
However, former Fulham star Davis has stressed the need for the London outfit to focus only on the upcoming game against Everton, regardless of who they are set to face next.
Looking forward to the match against Everton at home, Davis is confident that Fulham boss Parker will identify weaknesses in Carlo Ancelotti’s side and come up with a plan.
“The players can only prepare for the next game“, Davis wrote in his column on Fulham’s official site.
“It’s international break now so the players will come back and Scott will go through his approach.
“They’ll spot weaknesses in Everton and stick to a plan.
“You can’t think about who you’ve got in the period afterwards even if that is Man City and Liverpool.
“We need to take the game to teams at home and avoid giving away silly opportunities.“
The former Cottagers star also emphasised the importance of Fulham winning their home games as they look to retain their Premier League status for next season.
“I expect us to start on the front foot at home“, he wrote.
“The boys will be used to not having the crowd there now.
“You have to win your home games to stand any chance of survival.
“We won our last home game, and long may that continue.
“If we approach the game in the same way of being hard to beat, we stand a good chance.“
Everton will be looking to return to winning ways at Craven Cottage while Fulham will be keen to make use of the home advantage and add three points to the board.
