Giroud looked to be heading for the exit door this month until his situation at Chelsea dramatically changed, with Frank Lampard handing him regular game time.

The France international has now decided that he wants to stay at Chelsea until the end of the season, with a move away in January not in his thoughts.

However, Juventus are admirers of Giroud and, according to Turin-based Italian daily Tuttosport, could try to change his mind.

They believe that Giroud could be tempted to have a rethink over the possibility of leaving Chelsea.

The Italian champions want to bring in a striker and the club are looking at a host of options, including Giroud.

No concrete talks have taken place, but Giroud is on Juventus’ radar as they look to bring in a striker.

Giroud is keen to make sure he is playing on a regular basis in the run up to this summer’s Euro 2020.
