Ruit-Atil was promoted to the PSG senior squad by Tuchel and he made seven Ligue 1 appearances in the first half of the season.
Tuchel’s departure from PSG and Mauricio Pochettino’s arrival has changed things for the midfielder at the club and he has not made a matchday squad since the Argentine took over.
Chelsea held talks with his representatives last summer over a move and it has been claimed that the club are still keen on signing him.
And according to French outlet Foot Mercato, they are likely to make an offer to take Ruiz-Atil to west London at the end of the season.
Tuchel remains a fan of the young midfielder and is keen to reunite with him at Stamford Bridge.
He is out of contract at PSG in the summer and negotiations over a new deal have not gone anywhere over the last few months.
It seems Ruiz-Atil is not ready to sign a new deal with PSG and is preparing for life away from the French champions.
And he could end up working under Tuchel again at Chelsea in the summer.
