Chelsea signed Jorginho from Napoli when Sarri took charge of the west London club in 2018 and he was a key player in the Italian’s side at Stamford Bridge.
There were suggestions that Jorginho could leave once Sarri left Chelsea, but the midfielder has continued to remain at the club and has been an important member of the squad.
There is talk of Napoli wanting Sarri back, with Gennaro Gattuso struggling at the moment, and it has fuelled rumours that the Serie A giants could try and re-sign the midfielder as well.
Jorge Santos, his agent, claimed that he cannot rule that out, given how important Jorginho was in Sarri’s teams at both Chelsea and Napoli.
He also admitted that Jorginho would be prepared to return to Italy once his time at Chelsea is over.
Santos said on Italian radio station Kiss Kiss Napoli: “Football is dynamic, nothing can be ruled out.
“If Sarri returns, they might make some attempts to bring Jorginho back too.
“He likes him and he is perfect for his game.
“I do not exclude anything.
“He still two years on his contract with Chelsea.
“He is a starter with the national team and with a good project, he would return to play in Italy.”
Jorginho has 120 appearances for Chelsea under his belt and has won the Europa League with the club.
