The 23-year-old striker has caught the eye of many with 12 goals this season in the Bundesliga and there is talk of him potentially leaving Stuttgart in the summer.

A move to the Premier League has been mooted, with West Ham believed to be keeping close tabs on the Austrian forward.

He has also been linked with a move to Serie A as Roma are also considering making an offer for him in the summer transfer window.

Kalajdzic claimed that he is happy at Stuttgart but conceded if he receives an offer from Liverpool he would have to consider it.

He revealed that the Merseyside giants are a special club and he would find it hard to reject an overture from them.

Asked about what could happen if Liverpool wanted him, the striker told German daily Bild: “I feel good overall at VfB, but that would be a really difficult decision because I like Liverpool very much.

“This club are just something special for me.”

Kalajdzic has more than two years left on his contract to run at Stuttgart.
