Having scored 14 goals and provided two assists from 30 Belgian Pro League appearances, the Germany Under-21 international has impressed at Anderlecht.
Vincent Kompany’s side are keen to retain Nmecha’s services beyond his loan contract, which comes to an end in June, but face competition from clubs in Germany.
The 22-year-old’s future with Anderlecht will also depend on the Purple and Whites’ qualification for Europe, as well as Manchester City’s plans for him.
While he has been linked with other clubs, Nmecha is open to the idea of staying at Anderlecht, but will wait until the end of the season before making a final decision as other factors have to be taken into account.

“He’s not against the idea of staying in Belgium, but it’s too early to talk about that.
“Let’s wait until the end of the season.“
Nmecha has a contract with Manchester City until 2022 and it remains to be seen if Pep Guardiola’s side will give him a chance to prove himself before sanctioning a move for him.
