The 23-year-old hitman has netted 14 Bundesliga goals this season and it has led to speculation over his future at the club.

West Ham are considering taking him to England as part of their plans to bring in a striker and there are also suggestions that Tottenham have also been keeping tabs on him.

Stuttgart have remained calm over the prospect of the striker leaving the club and Mislintat admitted that a good offer needs to arrive, both for the club and the player, before a decision can be taken.

He also indicated that for now no offer has landed on their table and the club are not expecting bids that work for them and the player to arrive.

Mislintat told German regional broadcaster SWR: “Sasa feels pretty comfortable with us.

“It would have to be something really good for him and for us.

“But for now that is not foreseeable or a current situation.”

RB Leipzig are also believed to be interested in him and it remains to be seen whether Stuttgart manage to keep the forward away from the clutches of his prospective suitors.
